Noteworthy are the 28 Senator’s comments in support of the resolution – particularly Sens. Sherrod Brown (D-OH), Charles E. Schumer (D-NY), Carl Levin (D-MI), Patrick Leahy (D-VT), Robert Menendez (D-NJ), Debbie Stabenow (D-MI), Bob Casey (D-PA), Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY), and Jeff Merkley (D-OR). Most disappointing is that our Senator, Amy Klobuchar has not signed onto the resolution. Klobuchar has stated that she believes that health care legislation will be passed this session … but not any legislation will do. I hope that you will join me in wanting a health care system that serves the people and not increases the influence of the insurance industry. I contacted our senater ! he replyed! it would raise taxes on the people! well if you took all the money people spend on insurance,perscriptions,co-pays,plus money out of pockets that the insurance does not cover and peoples life! well there you have it! some people don't think of other people! GOD help us all come judgment day! because we're suppost to help our fellow man! where is alabama!!!! i think this is a good thing!
